Introduction

This Refund Policy explains how payments, credits, and refunds work on Imagenter AI and all AI video and image generation services provided through our platform. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

Because our product consists of digital goods and cloud-based compute delivered instantly upon use, our refund rules differ from those for physical products. By purchasing credits or otherwise paying for our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.

How Payment Works

Imagenter AI operates on a pay-per-use, prepaid credits model. There is no mandatory subscription. You purchase credits in advance, and each generation request consumes a number of credits based on the model and options you select. The credit cost of each generation is shown to you before you confirm the request.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Credits are a digital good and have no cash value outside the platform.

Failed or Unsuccessful Generations

You are not charged for generations that fail. When you submit a generation, the required credits are placed on a temporary hold. The outcome determines what happens to that hold:

Refunds We Provide

In addition to the automatic credit return for failed generations described above, we will review and, where appropriate, issue a refund of unused credits in cases such as:

How to Request a Refund

We aim to respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe; the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, please note: by purchasing credits and using them, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content (credits) has been supplied and you begin using it. Where credits remain wholly unused, any applicable withdrawal right is unaffected.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly — most issues can be settled faster this way than through your bank. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in the suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated. Any unused credits may be revoked, and chargebacks we determine to be fraudulent may result in permanent termination of your account.

Account Termination

If your account is suspended or permanently terminated for a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service, you are not entitled to a refund of any unused credits.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time, including to comply with new regulations or the requirements of our payment processor. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the service after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated policy.
